Ms. Moira Taylor Chairperson ~ Term ends: 2025
Moira was born in Boston and moved to Salem, NH when she was 7. She graduated from Salem High School in 1986. She received her BA in English from the University of New Hampshire in 1990. She received her M. Ed in Special Education from there in 2009. She has worked in the field of special education for over 25 years.
Moira was elected to the school board in 2010. Moira and her husband, Matt, have lived in Barrington since 1994. They have two sons.

Mr. Garth Svenson ~ Term ends: 2026
Garth was raised in Barrington and graduated from the Brooks School in North Andover, Massachusetts. Garth earned a BA in Political Theory from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Following college, Garth worked as a Legislative Aide and Legislative Correspondent for former US Senator Robert C. Smith. For the past 17 years, Garth has worked for his family's business, The Christmas Dove, and currently serves as the company's President and stock boy.
Garth and his wife Elizabeth have 2 daughters who have gone through the Barrington School System.
